Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactOverall, I like this picture a lot. My only suggestion is to fix the sleeves on Shikamaru's uniform (they are a little longer) and not forget the net shirts and gloves they wear. Ino's skirt is also abnormal to me in this depiction. Also, Shikamaru has sandals like Ino does.
You did amazing with the facial features and elements of the face, but the lines on the clothing could also use some work.
