_{Hiya~! I'm back from hospital today. Just a quick ShikaIno picture that I drew since I had nothing to do. [Tbh, I'm surprised my second submission ever is a Shikamaru x Ino picture ]
I fail at drawing Shika... -_-

Unfortunately, I have to go in again on Monday for another week... I honestly don't know how I'm going to survive..}

Shika: "Hey, Ino. Where are you going?"
Ino: "I'm going to visit Tenten-chan in hospital. I thought bringing flowers would let her realise how much I'm missing her."

The sun is very bright in this picture, so I would recommend adding a great deal more highlights and shading to their bodies, hair, and clothing. The highlights and shades you have are in the proper spots, but I would try to increase the area they cover. Also, branch away from shading just the edge of the hair or fabric or skin. Maybe add some in the middle and see what happens. Don't be afraid to explore, and references are a great tool to utilize for things like this!

Great job on your line art; it's incredibly clean and smooth. Your anatomy, to my knowledge, is well done. Practice some more on the hands, and you'll be set.

There's certainly plenty of room for improvement, but the fact that you request critique shows that you want to progress in art. Keep up the great work! :3
